Brierley '68 Stratocaster Set.
Mick's grey bottom '68 Strat set - staggered alnico 5 magnets, plain enamel wire and wound a little hotter than traditional vintage specs. and the middle reverse wound/reverse polarity for hum cancelling in positions 2 and 4. Fibre flatwork is used and the assembled bobbins are dipped in nitro lacquer - just like the originals. The pickups are hand scatter wound and the completed pickups are wax potted in a paraffin wax/beeswax mix. Set comes complete with screws and 'springs'.
